Incomplete articles

If you are going to 'create' articles in the main wiki namespace, please at least have a bit more content in mind than an InfoBox and an External Resource section. I hope you're planning on at least giving this article a well written description and a section on how to integrate this software into the kernel.
With that being said, the proper place for drafts such as this is in your user space (see my drafts here; please don't publish main space if they are less than half-baked. Also, if I already have a draft created for a particular article (see Tahoe-LAFS), it would be nice if you either 1) ask me to contribute to the article I have already started in my user space or 2) ask me to move it to main wiki space so everyone (and you as well) can contribute without asking. --Maffblaster (talk) 15:51, 13 April 2016 (UTC)
Udev rule
On my system with systemd, the default scheduler for my internal nvme devices is none. I don't know if this comes from my kernel config or if this is managed by systemd (or any other component) automatically. My question is, if it is really required to create the 60-ioschedulers.rules as mentioned in the article?
