Bad example

The example given in the Licenses section refers to app-crypt/truecrypt. Such package is not in Gentoo repository, see https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-8000306.html

I'll change the reference to google-chrome, since it is in the repository (and probably not leaving as long as Google exists). :) Thanks for reporting! --Maffblaster (talk) 08:18, 31 December 2016 (UTC)
Example still bad. Maffblaster, why you add >= ? This exaple not about version. Also "This permits installation of BLABLA versions that have the BLABLA license" is most better. Please review it again. Thanks. --Cronolio (talk) 00:51, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
Then put an example that you like below. Seems like you shouldn't care about this example much. I know I don't. --Maffblaster (talk) 05:21, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
My version something like:
For example, to allow the google-chrome license for the www-client/google-chrome package, add the following to /etc/portage/package.license:
FILE /etc/portage/package.licenseAccepting the google-chrome license for the google-chrome package
www-client/google-chrome google-chrome
This permits installation google-chrome package, but not permit installation www-plugins/chrome-binary-plugins although this package have the same license.

Works for me. Consider it done. --Maffblaster (talk) 18:02, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
