The example given in the Licenses section refers to app-crypt/truecrypt. Such package is not in Gentoo repository, see https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-8000306.html

- For example, to allow the google-chrome license for the www-client/google-chrome package, add the following to /etc/portage/package.license:
- This permits installation google-chrome package, but not permit installation www-plugins/chrome-binary-plugins although this package have the same license.
