FFLAGS vs FCFLAGS

Did a few quick searches. FFLAGS is for Fortran 77 support and FCFLAGS is for Fortran 9x support. At least that's how automake interprets it. --Grknight (talk) 13:16, 25 March 2022 (UTC)
