Certain kernel features are important for an improved gaming experience, especially if games are kept on a shared NTFS or NFS filesystem.

NTFS (Built-in) (requires v5.15 or higher). FUTEX2 (requires v5.16 or higher)

Tips

Getting the most out of shared drives

In order to fix the maximum amount of games on an NTFS filesystem shared between Windows and Linux, compression can be enabled.

It is likely best to activate compression the Windows machine.
