The article states »Ordinary users can request stabilization, too.«. It is not clear from this article if such Ordinary user may also cc the arches or if cc-ing arches is to be left to the package mainainer(s). See this bug comment.--Charles17 (talk) 08:05, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
