Kernel building
There is no need to cover building of the kernel or its modules. The Handbook does that. Link to a particular section.
As you want the latest testing sources, you could point readers to unmasking the testing sources. Build on what others have already done.
Running make builds the kernel and modules, so there is no need to build the kernel binary after the modules, which seems a bit odd.

Deletion
This really adds no value to Gentoo and its wiki.
It feels like some other project taking advantage of this wiki as a resource.
We have many Live environments out there already. The instructions given are not making any difference than what already exists. --Grknight (talk) 12:58, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
- Let's not hurry with deletion. As an option, move page into userspace and then improve it. --Vazhnov (talk) 13:03, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
- Grknight, could you please give me an example of relevant page of this wiki how to create Gentoo LiveCD? I didn't find any in Category:Bootable media --Vazhnov (talk) 19:09, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
This started out on the forums in March with https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-1110178.html.
Its one of about four Gentoo based Rescue systems that have sprung up in the wake of SystemRescueCD moving away from Gentoo. As far as I know, (from forums posts) they are all one man bands. My approach has been to encourage them to collaborate and merge but its like herding cats.
Since I've failed at encouraging collaboration I've taken the 'build in and they will come' approach. --NeddySeagoon (talk) 20:14, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
