Inaccuracy for postgresql

This article is inaccurate for postgresql, the section that describes editing the file at "/var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf" does not exist (as per Sept 29 2023), but "/var/lib/postgresql/15/data/pg_hba.conf" does. Thanks for the heads-up. I don't have /var/lib/postgresql/15/data/pg_hba.conf with posgresql 15 installed, but I do have /etc/postgresql-15/pg_hba.conf, after running emerge --config dev-db/postgresql:15 post-installation. I suspect that is the file that should be edited. I've reflected this in the article.

I think this article might have gotten a little stale, and I have marked it as such. Same thing for the postgresql articles. If you see anything more wrong with them, please don't hesitate to make an edit and fix things directly in the articles: contributor's guide!
