Template:Confused for tamil language

Hi Gentoo Wiki team,

I want to create Template:Confused for tamil (/ta) language. Unfortunately, I can't create any new pages under that namespace. It would be really helpful if someone could do it for me. "Not to be confused with" can be written as "இதை பின் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளவை ஓடு குழப்பிக்கொள்ள வேண்டாம் - ". you just have to copy paste this sentence.

It doesn't allow me to publish my translation. it says "Publishing the translation failed: This page provides interface text for the software on this wiki, and is protected to prevent abuse. To add or change translations for all wikis, please use translatewiki.net, the MediaWiki localisation project”. And here's the translation for those four words

1. HOME ---> "வலைமனை",
2. See also ---> "இதையும் காண்க",
3. CODE ---> "குறிமுறை",
4. DIFF ---> "மாற்றம்"
