Suggested Boot Partition is too small

The suggested boot partition size is way too low. My first IA64 build (an HP rx2660 on 2016-09-xx) involved a kernel + ram-disk whose total size was 34 MB (you suggested 32 MB). I think a size of 64 or 96 would be more appropriate.

I can think of a couple of good reasons why partition #1 should start at 1 rather than 0 so here are my first partitioning commands.

1) parted -a optimal /dev/sda 2) unit mib 3) mkpart primary fat32 1 97
