This page is terribly wrong in multiple particulars. The supplied script is buggy in multiple respects, even the data shown shows the ingress rate limiter isn't working properly (the htb direct qdisc is getting all the packets, not fq_codel), it uses a limit for no good reason, there are 2 other bugs...

I'm going to fix it in a minute, just need to test my version...
