Currently only package kde-base/kdm-4.* can support multiseat login screen in systems without systemd! I don't know another way... Also package kde-apps/kdepasswd on witch depends kde-base/kdm-4.* is blocking kde-plasma/plasma-desktop witch is in dependency of kde-plasma/plasma-meta. I think kde-base/kdm-4.* should now depend on kde-plasma/plasma-desktop and not depend on kde-apps/kdepasswd any more. This solution is working prefect for me!</quote>

Anyone can give a link to .ebuild to this kdm, which will work with Frameworks 5 KDE. Or a link to an overlay. Thank you, Yuriy.

kde-base/kdm is no more and is not compatible with KDE Plasma. KDE upstream opted to use x11-misc/sddm instead as its default DM. I'm not sure what it takes to be multiseat, but elogind may suffice when systemd is unwanted. --Grknight (talk) 14:17, 7 March 2019 (UTC)

— The preceding unsigned comment was added by DaggyStyle (talkcontribs) sddm supports only systemd based multiseat. for openrc based, use lightdm, I've used this script as startup script lightdm.conf: [LightDM]

[Seat:*] xserver-config=/etc/X11/seat0.conf greeter-hide-users=true session-wrapper=/etc/lightdm/Xsession
