Is it really necessary to explain how to set the USE flags here? Isn't it better to reference the Handbook instead? Personal opinion :) --Kikko (talk) 08:57, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, it is necessary. Each package has both local and global USE flags. --Davidbryant (talk) 15:58, 29 July 2020 (UTC)
