The "lost+found" directory is created only on ext2 and ext3 filesystems. Currently this article does not explain anything :( and provides false information Needle 22:13, 17 July 2012 (UTC)

Even ext4 has "lost+found", but I've modified the article to mention that it is only on ext{2,3,4}. --SwifT (talk) 09:00, 28 July 2013 (UTC)
