We can definitely link both. I'm not sure merging would fully fit (even though the content is very similar). The knowledge base entry is to answer a question or issue from a user whereas the main wiki is to describe something. Of course, those will often be interchangeable. But the /etc/portage/env article is most likely to be expanded later (for instance with information on working with EBUILD_PHASE variables) whereas this article is more likely to stay as-is. --SwifT 16:07, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
