Foundation:2017 Secretary Report

Intro
I am pleased to report that in general the Gentoo Foundation is doing well. To keep our members list current, members are removed if they do not vote for two consecutive elections. The list as of 2017-07-05 is 91 members. I would like to give a special thank you to Robin Johnson (robbat2) for all the work he has invested to get our accounting records up to date. Not quite done yet but getting close.
