Splitting architectures section of Viewing the Handbook for better translation

Hi Handbook maintainers.
Under Viewing the Handbook are 12 architectures. Due to big amount of links, translating them is a bit tricky.
I think it would be more appropriate to create more smaller translate sections, one for each architecture.
