Dell Latitude is a business-oriented line of laptops with its first release in 1994.
Many Latitude laptops are certified with Ubuntu[1]. Those that are not certified share most hardware with models that are certified[2]. Some variants have Ubuntu pre-installed.
Latitude laptops are more repairable and upgradable than Dell's XPS laptops. Components between models are designed nearly identically[3].
