Installing Docker notes

Upgrading to newest kernel 5.2.11

Made the config changes to support Dockerm. However it complais about that below. It does seem to exist though.

 * Messages for package app-emulation/docker-18.09.8:

 *   CONFIG_NF_NAT_NEEDED:       is not set when it should be.
 * Please check to make sure these options are set correctly.
 * Failure to do so may cause unexpected problems.

check-config has a few missig items i cant find too.

So far it seems to work inspite of all that. maybe differences due to kernel versions?
