Thoughts about how to port the Ubuntu Displaylink package to Gentoo. This is currently only a test about how to write a wiki page but in long term I'd like to make it a common resource to install displaylink.
Prerequisites
- Install the evdi kernel module: evdi
Kernel >= 5.14
- dkms xxx version
- evdi >= 1.10.0
- Ubuntu installer from the official website
Kernel < 5.14
- dkms xxx version
- evdi == 1.9.0
- Ubuntu installer from the official website
