Template:Staffing Need

This is the "Staffing Need" template. Those who would like to create a staffing need for a project see the Staffing Need form.
This template should be called in the following format:

|Urgency={1..5}
|Difficulty={1..5}
}}
The Urgency and Difficulty parameters expect an integer value between 1 and 5 where the higher the number, the greater the need. If unset they default to 3.
