Nemo is a fork of GNOME's Nautilus file manager for Cinnamon. Like the rest of Cinnamon's forks of GNOME software it preserved the more traditional GUI style while being actively developed to keep up with modern features.

selinux !!internal use only!! Security Enhanced Linux support, this must be set by the selinux profile or breakage will occur
test Enable dependencies and/or preparations necessary to run tests (usually controlled by FEATURES=test but can be toggled independently)
tracker Add support for app-misc/tracker search
wayland Enable dev-libs/wayland backend
xmp Enable support for Extensible Metadata Platform (Adobe XMP)


Nemo can be easily installed via emerge:

root #emerge --ask gnome-extra/nemo
