binhost support for API of request to build
binhost is a provider of binpkg. Currently binhost is unable to accept any request(e.g. Build binpkg, Upgrade old package, Specify useflag or CC or CXX or arch) from clients of binpkg.
Proposal:
binhost provide API of request to create and upgrade binpkg.
And request support for specify useflag or CC or CXX or arch.
Provide official binhost server of building and caching.
