Automated sync from untranslated to en article

Original language - even for untranslated articles - is English. Translated articles - even the English ( /en ) versions - are updated only after mark for translation. Is there no way to autosync the /en with the basic versions?
Example:
- updated article <a rel="nofollow" class="external free" href="https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Wifi/IEEE_802.11">https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Wifi/IEEE_802.11</a>
- non-updated transclusions <a rel="nofollow" class="external free" href="https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Iwlwifi#IEEE_802.11">https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Iwlwifi#IEEE_802.11</a> and <a rel="nofollow" class="external free" href="https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Wifi#IEEE_802.11">https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Wifi#IEEE_802.11</a>
