Distinction between companies and individuals

It is not entirely clear what is the distinction criteria between companies and individuals on this page. This topic came up in other discussions as well, and I wondered how we could improve the content. Perhaps the two categories could be merged to simplify the page, or the descriptions could be explained at the top (or under each category).
