The Sunrise project repository sources are available for review by the Gentoo community. The repository still holds a few packages that are not in Gentoo. However, please note that those packages are most likely very outdated may not work at all. Existing ebuilds mostly serve as a base for users who wish to take them over and maintain their own versions.

There is also some left-over documentation. However, note that some of it is outdated and/or describes Sunrise-specific practices and policies that are not uniformly agreed upon by Gentoo developers. The documentation includes:
