What's the point of {{Talk|open|date=2024-05-13}} if ~~~~ adds a date anyways? I usually don't include it.
I'm asking because I'd like to refactor these InfoBox talk templates to make it easier to add new ones or modify existing ones. In particular, I would like to extract duplicated code and eliminate whatever isn't being used.
