This discussion is still ongoing.
It seems that this page is now pretty much a full guide on using binary packages from the Gentoo binary host. Also, it seems less a "binary package" guide than a "Gentoo binary package host" guide, so it almost seems slightly miss-named to me in this respect.
How about renaming it to "Gentoo binary package host" (or similar), with a redirect from the old name to the new one ?
