Aim: Not to use grub, too complex. Something like elilo. Had problems with new hardware using elilo

Use: UEFI Shell and startup.nsh to load kernel

Steps:

 1. Get the uefi shell from [1]
 2. Rename kernel file
 3. Write the startup.nsh script to load kernel/initramfs
