Use mullvad with pure openvpn/wireguard

I know this page just got created and is most likely WIP, but I'd suggest refactoring it to look like:

How to use

1: With official mullvad vpn client
 - installation notes

2: With pure openvpn (download configs from mullvad.net)
 - installation/configuration notes

3: With pure wireguard (download configs from mullvad.net)
 - installation/configuration notes

4: Other 3rd-party software (like vopono)
