Translator account request (French)

I can contribute fluently in French.

I actually came here because I wanted to transfer a couple of changes that I made to the Tmux article (additional link to packages.gentoo.org and correction of erroneous website address) to the Spanish and Italian versions. I would like to be able to make such small changes and corrections to several languages with which I have minimal familiarity. To illustrate: I would be quite comfortable doing the four or five changes currently pending for the Spanish and Italian Tmux page.

In requesting translation permissions, I must specify that I am not currently planning to undertake any specific translation effort as I'm focused on other pages for now. I would nevertheless migrate some changes over if they seemed pertinent (particularly to correct errors, outdated, or missing content in otherwise complete articles, such as on the current Tmux page). In time, I will probably look into translation to French for the more important articles.

This may be an unusual request, however I imagine that such small rectifications to translations should free up time and effort for the more competent translators to do their valuable work.

To summarize, in addition to French translation permissions, I would like to request Dutch, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil & Portugal) and Spanish permissions.
