Personal Information
My name is Francisco and I'm a Gentoo Staffer involved mainly with the Gentoo Hardened project. Amongst other tasks I:
- Write docs on the project space.
- Fix issues related to bad PIC assembly on x86 and amd64.
- Handle most of the PR stuff for the project.
- Act as an evangelist for the project.

Regarding my nick
My nick, klondike refers to an area in Canada near the Yukon river known because of the Gold Rush. In my case I knew of the name thanks to some Disney comics where Scrooge McDuck keep refering to probably unlikely events that happened in that place during his youth. With time this nicks has also adquired other significances, for example when I was a script kiddie it was used to mean klon de ke (Spanish for clone of something) since I used some knowledge of flaws on some fonts to clone nicks on chatrooms.
